You can
order our service on internet or by fax/phone. Using the Internet

procedure:
- Sign up on
the internet at www.Tourfone.com

us information about your travel plans and tell us where and
when you want to pick up/return the mobile phone; choose a
calling plan and give us your credit card information.

you to use in Japan, and your order is completed.
- You can print
out a receipt for your records when you finish your online order,
and our computerized system will automatically send you an e-mail
to confirm your order.

or telephone to order Tourfone service. The alternative method
is recommended for group orders with one credit card for your
convenience. To ensure timely delivery, reservation must be
made in advance at least one business day for Tokyo city downtown
area and 3 business days for other cities. For urgent requests,

to extra rental charge. You may also receive calls intended
for the next user, which will disrupt your own calls. You must
call us at least 48 hours in advance if you can not return the
phone on time. If we did not receive your phone on time and
did not get your call for extension, we will assume the phone
has been lost and will turn off the phone within 24 hours. Users
who may not be able to return the phone on time should reserve
one or two extra days in order to allow for the possibility
of delays in returning the phone.

8. What do
I do if my phone gets lost?
If
your phone is lost, you must immediately report it

opens 9:30-17:30 at 030-3262-7040 to report the incident
and ask for a replacement. You will not be responsible
for calls made after Docomo is informed. However,
if you did not purchase insurance, you will be financially
responsible for the full cost the phone replacement.
The standard cost of replacing a phone set is $350.
In addition, a $150 processing fee also applies. Charger
or other accessories replacement costs 60 dollar,
but the phone would not be rentable before the new
charger is re-purchased, so additional 60 dollar is
charged for the lost of business.
9. You mentioned
insurance. How much does it cost?
You can
purchase phone loss or damage insurance when you order our service.
The insurance costs only $1/day. With this insurance, you will
not be liable for the cost of repairing the phone, and the replacement
cost will be 50%less if the phone is damaged beyond repair or
lost. For a charger, a battery and all other accessories, you
will have 30% less liability if you are insured.

10. Can I
cancel or change my order, and is there a penalty charge?

system currently does not allow for changes to existing orders.

order. Cancellation results in a penalty charge, which covers the
cost of issuing a credit card refund as well as the penalty charge
Tourfone must pay to various service providers. Please understand
