You can order our service on internet or by fax/phone. Ordering on Internet is the easiest, and it won't take you more than 10 minutes to complete. Following is the procedure:

1. Sign up on the internet at www.Tourfone.com to create an account.
2. Give us information about your travel plans and tell us where and when you want to pick up/return the mobile phone; choose a calling plan and give us your credit card information.
3. Our system will assign you an order ID number and a mobile phone number for you to use in Japan, and your order is completed.
4. You can print out a receipt for your records when you finish your online order, and our computerized system will automatically send you an e-mail to confirm your order.

Alternatively, you can use fax (Download Application Form) or telephone to order Tourfone service. The alternative method is recommended for group orders with one credit card for your convenience. To ensure timely delivery, reservation must be made in advance at least one business day for Tokyo city downtown area and 3 business days for other cities.
